Historically, the company are builders and property developers, developing luxury homes mostly in the South East of England. The principle director has also been part of associate companies involved in the same activities as well as more diverse businesses.

In recent years the company has concentrated on increasing its property investment portfolio across the UK but mostly in London and the South East.
